1. Seller identity and acceptance
TrueVitals (True Health Co.) is the seller for purchases made through this website. In these Terms, “TrueVitals,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TrueVitals (True Health Co.).
These Terms govern your use of truevitalsusa.com and purchases made through the website. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Eligibility and accounts

TrueVitals Pro monitors purchased directly from truevitalsusa.com are covered by the published 2-Year Limited Warranty, subject to its complete terms. Any disclaimer in these Terms does not replace that express limited warranty or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
