TrueVitals Pro 2-Year Limited Warranty
This 2-Year Limited Warranty is provided by TrueVitals (True Health Co.) for TrueVitals Pro monitors purchased directly from TrueVitals USA at truevitalsusa.com.
Warranty period
Coverage lasts for two years from the date the original order is delivered.
Who is covered
This warranty applies to the original purchaser in the United States and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required.
What is covered
TrueVitals warrants the monitor against defects in materials and workmanship during normal household use when the product is used, stored, and maintained according to the included instructions.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, liquid exposure, improper storage, power problems, or failure to follow the instructions for use
- Normal wear, cosmetic damage, or expected reduction in rechargeable-battery capacity over time
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair, alteration, modification, or incompatible third-party accessories
- Loss, theft, commercial use, resale, or products purchased from an unauthorized seller
Warranty remedy
For an approved claim, TrueVitals may repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or provide another remedy when repair or replacement is not reasonably available. A replacement does not restart the warranty period and remains covered for the balance of the original two-year term.
How to make a claim
Email support@truevitalsusa.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or video when requested. Do not ship a product until you receive return authorization and instructions.
Shipping for approved claims
For approved claims within the contiguous United States, TrueVitals will provide shipping instructions and cover standard shipping required for the approved repair or replacement. Unauthorized, expedited, and international shipping costs are not covered.
Other rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state. Nothing in this warranty limits a right that cannot legally be excluded.
