Orders are processed within 1 business day, and delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and regional delivery providers. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are dependent on the carrier.


Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refused delivery
  • Uncollected package
  • Missed delivery attempts

We may offer:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A resolution subject to a restocking and handling fee

Our Responsibility

If a delivery issue occurs due to our error (such as incorrect labeling or fulfillment mistake), we will resolve it by providing:

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.


Order Changes & Cancellations
